Monthly tie subscription gift box

Monthly tie subscription gift box - item still hasn't arrived after placing the order 23 days ago. They offer a whatsapp service for customer enquiries to answer any questions, and both messages are showing as read but not answered. The link on their website to manage the subscription and cancel further payments is invalid and comes up with 'page not found'. Based on the presentation and grammar on their website I can't help but wonder if this is a scam site.
