I wanted to buy a specific 18" Sabian crash cymbal. I checked around the net in the usual places and the only place to have it in stock was not Birmingham Drum, not Wembley drum or any of the other big drum stores but The Music King.
Website showed 1 in stock so I gave them a call to check it was available. They took my details and called me back within half an hour to confirm it was in stock. I placed the order and it arrived 2 days later, and well packaged too.
I'll be checking The Music King first from now on before looking elsewhere!

I ordered a guitar package and website did say next day delivery, I called up to check it was being delivered. I was told that the item would not arrvie that day as it was a bank holiday. I understand but may be that could have been expressed on the website. Package arrived on the Tuesday and we were happy.

all was exactly as promised. product arrived when due, customer service excellent and the helpfulness of the staff exceptional.

I bought a GATOR case from them. They gave advice on which one suited my guitar. Ordering was easy. They phoned to confirm delivery on the day. It arrived on time. Everything went without a hitch.

I have read some reviews on this website and i disagree entirely with any of the bad ones. I ordered a guitar package from this website on a Wednesday evening it arrived on Friday morning. It stated in stock so i couldn’t see any reason for the item not arriving and it was a bit cheaper than a few other websites i looked on. I had an email stating the item had been dispatched on Thursday with tracking info. There are quite a few items on the website which say call for availability i would personally presume that it means they don’t have it in stock. In my eyes the site is very well laid out, easy to use and they have plenty of choice. I simply advise to order in stock items you cant go wrong. I will use this company again.

I first came accross music king on a google search, and after looking at a few guitars i noticed they were located only a few miles away. From the outsite it doesnt look much but when i walked in all i could say was wow. Fresh new store just around the corner with plenty of great gear too ill be going back regularly
