Legit wasnt sure about this place, the price seemed too good and had little reviews and no social media activity in years but I got what I ordered very fast so super happy!

There is a large assortment of shoes, with 95% of them being high-end brands such as UGGs, New Balance, Nike, Birkenstock, Danskos, Alegria, Hunters, and others. The personnel was quite kind, and the facility was well-organized and clean. I'd return for shoes in the future because the prices are lower than on the companies' websites and other retail locations.

Ordered two pairs of sandals with plenty of time for delivery for holiday two weeks in fact. Money taken straight out of account then shoes lost with DPD. No apology so far and no money returned so far. Very quick to take money out though. I have had to chase everything up!!!!!

Placed an order and received no confirmation that it had actually gone through. Money was taken out of my account yet still no confirmation or dispatch emails were received. Didn’t expect for them to turn up at all, so was very surprised when they did (eventually!!) show up 2 weeks after originally ordered.

Definitely be wary of this site, I won’t be ordering again.

Poor retailer, very little communication. They simply refund you without telling you why. Very unprofessional.

The mail order wing of this company offer very poor customer care.
I returned shoes that did not fit properly and they just sent them back.

They sell good shoes at good prices. I wanted to leave a good review for them, because they were so unprofessional when I called on the phone that I was a bit worried about whether my order would arrive or whether it was some sort of scam, but the order did arrive and everything was fine. I think they just don't have a heap of training on how to deal with customers on the phone, perhaps.
