Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Excellent company
Excellent company, I have been ordering diet meals from them for a few years now. I have lost lots of weight using the products. The shakes have much improved on the variety of flavours, like Dubai Chocolate, Pistachio and White Chocolate & Coconut, really scrumptious flavours. The bars are all very tasty and the dinner supplement meals, although I don't have those anymore, I just use the bars & a shakes & have my own cooked dinner.
The porridge and custard meals are lovely and I highly recommend them.
The delivery is fast and all well packaged. If you've struggled with lots of diets like me, go for it because if you stick to the plan, it 100% works.

I did not like the taste and textures…
I did not like the taste and textures of the food it reminded me of baby food and was not to my liking. The only food I enjoyed was the soups

Ordered and delivery made to the…
Ordered and delivery made to the Highlands within 4 days - excellent. All items ordered were in the box and careful wrapped for protection. I love the shake flavours and often have them hot on a cold day. I'm having 3 shakes a day and also having one meal/pot a day as these are easy to make up. Day 3 in for a reset - going well so far. I had lost 5 stone with 5 stone to go last year but after a lot of medical issues and family bereavements I've put a stone back on. I have decided that this is the easiest diet I've done that works for me and I will achieve my goal of another 5 stone loss within the year. I don't compare to other's progress as we all are different with different health issues, mobility issues etc.

Products seem good, some nicer than others but that's personal choice.
Would have been helpful to receive some literature in the delivery with suggested meals times and hydration guidelines whilst consuming.

These bars were purchased from our Clearance section, where products are reduced due to factors such as shorter best before dates. The best before date of 05/26 was shown on the product page before purchase, but we do understand this may have felt disappointing once your order arrived.
Best before dates relate to quality rather than safety, and many products can still be enjoyed after this date if they taste and look as expected.

I cannot recommend the New You Plan highly enough! There is a huge variety of meals including shakes, soups, bars, savoury meals, breakfasts and sweet meals plus a wide range of snacks and treats - and they taste amazing, making it easy to stick to. It’s great value, (cheaper than buying food), meets all your nutritional needs and has been part of my life for over two years. The support and encouragement from the NYP team, admin and others on the same journey is always there and provides great motivation. Customer Support is second to none.
