Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Ended up raising a claim with PayPal as parcel never received, North face doing nothing to help and customer service representatives making things up as they going along, that is once you get past the Ai chat bot that takes you round in circles.
Promised me an email update and nothing, promised to raise an investigation with the courier, and nothing (as confirmed by Dpd)
Funnily, once the PayPal claim was made - the parcel miraculously updates as being returned to sender the same day.

Never received the item for Christmas and never received updates as promised so had to go look for item elsewhere, meanwhile PayPal investigation is still pending.

NEVER AGAIN.

Huge let down in quality

I bought a North Face Gotham coat 13 years ago. The quality and warmth of the coat kept me comfortable and dry during the winter months.

Earlier this year I treated myself to a Himalayan Down Parka, which I've worn several times.

The stitching around the cuffs looks cheap and insulation around the lower back area isn't as warm as I expected.

I won't be purchasing any more clothes from TNF!

Stole my "gift" card balance

I got a gift card as a "gift". It shows balance last year, then when I wanted to buy something this year gift card is no longer working. After spending over 5 hours on the phone and emails they still refused to give me credit because I didn't have the original email of purchase. I had giftcard no, pin, date of purchase.

They couldn't even say when the card was used or if it was used. So just as good as stealing.

Worst company Ive dealt with in a long time.

Purchased a North face mens fleece from JD sports. Only wore it a few times and the stitching came away from the fabric. Contacted NF who told me the problem was with JD, refused to entertain my complaint. A very expensive purchase that was no better than Primark standard . Sorely disappointed with a sub standard overpriced product . Paid a professional stitcher £18 to repair it .

Very poor customer service at north…

Very poor customer service at north face myeongdong. A young female staff was extremely rude who ask customer to sign when she doesn’t even realise that it’s only shows the price and not a signature panel.

A male staff doesn’t seem interested to serve customers when they could have spend a little more effort to help customers get the shoe sizes.

Lots of lost business for sure.

Please train your staff to be respectful to your customers.

Don't need to return a product for a refund!

I had to return a jacket for refund, the sleeves were too short & I was figuring. I'll just upgrade my purchase, to a heavier coat. Well its been a week since my product was delivered to them & I'm disgusted!
I made a return to Merrill, the day I mailed it. The refund was initiated, I dont think I need to tell you how fast Amazon returns & refunds go!⚡️ FAST! On top of that, the quality has diminished. Heat transfer logos. Instead of embroidered? Wow, plus the elastic in the sleeves cuff. Was nonexistent. 🗣 GIVE ME MY MONEY NORTHFACE!!!!!!!!!!!! 😒😤😡

BAD!

They don't seem to read any messages properly, refuse to apologise, and make it out like it is your fault when they've made a clear error that you've shown them evidence of. They even lied about it not being possible to add the student discount onto the black friday one, when other people I know have done this. They didn't even respond to my last message where I explained the issue again.

Never order from this company and especially not their website

I placed an order, and 5 minutes later wanted to cancel (because of the poor reviews on the website, by people who own the product) and order another product of theirs. No options to do that anywhere. Sent them an email right away. And they wait until the item has shipped to respond that there is nothing they can do, and that: I have to receive the item, ask for a return label, return the label, wait for the return to be processed and then be refunded. Process that will take at least 1 to 2 weeks.

Buyers beware about their anti-consumer approach.

I won’t recommend online shopping with north face
I ordered one jacket end of November to get ready for the Christmas present, it is a £200 jacket. I missed the DPD first attempt delivery, they normally supposed to do 2 attempts then leave to the pickup point, but the driver delivered to the pick up point after first attempt. It is understandable as I don’t mind collect my self. But DPD did not give me DPD locker password so of course cannot manage to pick up myself, I called DPD they cannot resend the code( if they had one they definitely can resend the code) so I have to go back to the north face customer service. The lady on the phone is nice but she cannot do anything, the only thing she can do is pass info to relevant department, now is middle of December, still cannot refund me and I still need to wait for snother at least one week for them possible process the refund as I never receive or send back to parcel. I don’t know what’s happened with their ends north face with the courier company they just told me I have to wait for certain days just process my refund even if it is not my fault at all. The other companies like HM or Sport direct , next will not do this at all. They will prioritise the customers first and they even will give me discount code for the next shopping for compensation. For north face I did not receive my parcel on time and they hold my money for more than 2 weeks what I can do is wait for the prob lost parcel by the courier. How frustrating this service is! I will not purchase online with them!

Parcel arrived empty, was NOT reimbursed or replaced.

Ordered a hat from The North Face, I have made plenty of purchases in the past and never faced any problems, however my parcel arrived empty. Reported it to them, they didn’t even offer to send out a replacement, let alone offer a refund. They basically implied that I was lying, like I need to lie about a £20 hat. Honestly quite shocking from a brand in 2025, especially since I’ve been a loyal returning customer for so many years. Which they would have seen if they bothered to look into my previous purchases with them.

North Face delivered my…

North Face (via Yodel) delivered my parcel to the bin. They did not provide a note.
The bin was collected and the parcel was destroyed.
When I followed up, enquiring about my delivery, they sent me an image, of my parcel, in the bin.
When I told them the bin was not an acceptable place to leave the parcel, and that the bin had since been collected, they insisted this counts as delivered. The contents was £115.

Have returned my order

Have returned my order, 2 weeks later still no refund. Contacted 3 times, still no response or anything. I am about to contact my bank for fraud. This is not acceptable!!! Never ever by from them !

The Ai they’ve embraced and an obviously oblivious attitude to customer service seems to reflect this attitude of playing the averages, that individuals don’t matter … I will never buy from them again not because I don’t want to but because I’m no longer important or relevant …

Faulty item

Faulty item. Water proof shoes leaked. Customer service was very poor, unhelpful staff. Warrantee policy meant they would not send my replacement, I had to collect from Store, then almost impossible to confirm if the item was in stock!!! Very poor experience!

Absurd customer service

Wow, I never experience such a bad customer service. Contradicting information in the same sentence, lack of logic or sense in a suggested solution, that actually can not be called a solution as it was pure nonsense. Honestly I don’t even think I could describe how ridiculously absurd the conversation was.
