Good portions of well cooked food

Called in for an anniversary lunch and as always was not disappointed. Excellent portions, pleasant atmosphere and a nice warm log fire on a dismal day.
Just had main meals - pork belly - 2 large pieces of crispy pork belly, baked spud and peas plus gravy and a beef lasagne with salad and garlic bread. This was enough food for the day and sensibly priced.
This pub is in the middle of Bodmin Moor so needed to drive. Could not drink but felt the prices of soft drinks and tea were a bit steep but that did not spoil the day.
Have been many times before and will of course go back. Food 12 - 2pm weekdays and then in the evening although the pub is open all day.
