Emailed Kieron, didnt respond for about a week, then said I'll ring you tomorrow. Never heard from him by call or email since. Probably 3 months. Girlfriends used these before, wont again.

Rachael was super helpful and completely supportive and secured me the perfect job. She listened and continually checked up to make sure everything was perfect. Awesome experience.

I have used The One Group several times over the past 14 years to fill numerous vacancies in most areas of business. AVOID THIS AGENCY. They are useless and simply do not care about individuals who lives and careers they are messing around with. I have had numerous terrible experiences with the PETERBOROUGH branch of this company. I was (first) interviewed and was successful in gaining a second interview. The One Group young lady who was recruiting for role couldn’t be bothered to arrange a date for my second interview, kept stringing me along, didn’t reply to emails or take my phone calls, says a lot really. When she did have the decency to contact me, the role had been filled. Jaw Dropping really, as she told me the feedback was excellent and the company were really impressed and were eager to see me for a second interview. I asked what happened and why she didn’t set me up for a second interview, no reply to email or phone calls, talk about avoidance tactics. Absolutely useless. YOU ARE PLAYING AROUND WITH PEOPLES LIVES AND CAREERS and you just don’t give a care in the world.

I had a fab experience with the one group. I applied for a job, got a call from Karl Tomkinson. He talked me through the 2 roles, he listened to what I was looking for. 2 weeks later (if that) I have got a job that’s perfect for me & exactly what I’ve been looking for & more! Karl even asked if I wanted any help prepping for interviews or if I had any questions at any time! He’s been more than supportive & absolutely brilliant. Thanks Karl!

Terrible agency! I have never been so badly treated! Listen to this one, because believe me no other agency will treat you like the ONE Group! I was booked for an interview by Lucy Atkin. A few minutes before I was to leave for my interview Karl Tomkinson phones to tell me the interview has been cancelled because the night before their client was so blown away by another candidate that their clue offered the candidate the job! So my interview was for late afternoon, why was I not informed in the morning about my interview was cancelled?
People, don't even try to get a job through this agency, you will be treated like a number and not a person because this agency just wants to make their targets, they don't care about you! I wouldn't trust them!
I am sp disgusted at how I was treated. Lucy Atkin couldn't even inform me, she asked her colleague Karl to call me instead. I could have been driving to my interview by then! So disappointed!

Kam at the One Group delivered fantastic service in placing my in my new role. He was supportive, efficient and put himself out there to get all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend the one group recruitment consultants

Have emailed serveral times over a few years about roles, the lastest they emalied me and asked me to give an idea of what I was looking for, I did this and then saw a role on Indeed I could be interested in, emailed Sundeep to ask where it was based, who once again has not replied. a very strange unprofessional way to go on.

WARNING - please read before working with this company!

Contract was terminated via whatsap message by Antony Baker, contractual notice has not been paid.

Complete lack of communication once contract ended.  We had to chase Antony Baker several times over a 2 week period, when i finally got through to Antony he was very rude and unprofessional and even said he was p*ssed off because i had sent him a message asking for an update regarding my notice period being paid or would have to take legal action.

All forms of communication have been screenshot and saved if anyone needs proof. Legal action is now going to be taken.

Excellent customer service
I was speaking with Lucy Thorp and she was extremely helpful in finding me a job. She organised the interview and I started there the following week 😊 she also came out to the site I was working at and introduced herself. Highly recommend getting in touch with her if your looking for a job!
I will stay with "the one group" in future. 10/10

Don't waste your time with this company!

They have called me, asked a million questions, asked me to send a CV, etc. Then I have never heard a single word from them. They did not even bother to reply to my email in which I have asked for an update. This is one of those companies that make people hate searching for a new job and I genuinely hope they will go out of business - the sooner the better!
