A Great Resource
The heavily discounted limited edition tin of Posca Pens was a present for my granddaughter. I could not have afforded full price and greatly appreciate the discount Fridays from this company. Items arrived eventually
Items arrived eventually. Though I selected the Royal Mail 48 delivery option, the item took a long time to actually be dispatched.. I emailed several times for updates and never got any communication back from customer services. Any form of communication to let me know my order was actually being processed or to set my expectations on a delivery date would have been great, but instead, having never heard of the website before and fearing the items would never arrive, I was very close to requesting a charge-back with the bank.
