Ordered a large sculpture, was worried it may get damaged in transit. It arrived very quickly, was extremely well wrapped and is just beautiful. Cannot recommend enough

I recently ordered a hare sculpture to replace one I had accidentally broken, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Although the item was out of stock initially, Simon reached out personally to let me know. He gave me a clear timeline for the new stock and even offered similar alternatives if I didn’t want to wait.
The stock took slightly longer than expected to arrive, but Simon kept me updated throughout the process and posted it the moment it arrived. The hare was exceptionally well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Excellent communication and a seamless experience despite the delay—I will definitely be using this shop again and highly recommend them!

I recently got in touch with Simon with regards a couple of Edge sculptures I was interested in.
He was extremely helpfull on the phone informing me both items were in stock, he also offered me a discount code for my purchase.
Both items came extremely well packaged and both arrived only a few days after I placed my order.
The service I received was absolutely fantastic.

Seller posted the sculpture a little late couldnt understand why it was not posted but once i emailed about it they posted it out straight away and arrived in quick time and perfect condition i have bought of them before and will continue to buy of them 100% recommended,thanks

Ordered a week before anniversary but it never arrived till after. Service was a little slow but I do like the sculpture

The sculpture I ordered is lovely. It arrived very well-packaged and with no damage. As the shop is local to me, they called to arrange for it to be delivered personally. Due to its size and weight, they even brought it into the house. I'm really happy not only with the item but also with the customer service—thanks very much.

I purchased a early present for my wife’s birthday ( December 16th) the item arrived when ordered in September ,I unwrapped and checked it was in good condition, then wrapped in original packing and placed in empty cupboard till 16th December

So my wife opened the box to find the ear on the hare was broken off,I contacted online sculpture shop and explained that the damage and told them I had glued it on and suggested that the ear was very thin and could have had a hairline crack so it would be advisable to make the ear stronger.
Online sculpture shop stated that they were sorry and a new hare will be sent out ASAP.
I was so impressed that I gave a excellent feedback as I did not expect a replacement.
After three emails over 1 month they decided to not offer a replacement
I explained that due to there quick and helpful reply I had given a brilliant feedback but I would now have to give bad feedback.
The reply was that they were only a small store and if I felt that I had to leave bad feedback (or as the reply stated PUT THE KNIFE IN)
They offered a replacement ( I did not asked for one)
They stated it is in post twice ,then changed there mind
It was only £58 but they replied that there shop could not afford this amount of money and would only offer discount if I purchased another sculpture
THIS took ONE month

Order was placed was bit worried about receiving a fragile item item arrived next day when I seen the packing it gave me piece of mind that everything when positive outstanding service

I recently purchased a figurine from this business. Fabulous experience from beginning to end. An agent called to confirm my order details and sent it out on the day I requested. Free postage and next day delivery. The fragile item was really well packaged to avoid damage. Super bargain price and lovely friendly helpful people to deal with. Highly recommend this company
