Had a very bad experience with Oraia
Had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered two Smeg coffee cups on the 25th November with the site suggesting 5-7day delivery time. I chased the order three times via their email as there was no contact number leading up to Christmas with no response at all. I then emailed again requesting a refund but again no response. I then decided that I would contact my bank to then, on 26th December receive a shipping update from oraia so I then waited. I finally received the cups today 7th January 2025. Totally disgusted by the lack of contact from them and please don't believe in their 5-7 day delivery!

Failure to supply goods
I ordered a Smeg Coffee Tumbler on 1st Dec....It was listed as in stock and Fast Track Delivery....It is now 20th December, the Tumbler has not been dispatched and i have received no reply to two queries via their "Contact Us" address....I am now not expecting to receive any goods from them.

Total scam company ! The Oraia.com
On Facebook advertising SMEG coffee mugs . Placed an order , money taken from my credit card , e mail received with order number , updated on 26th November with a useless tracking number which has not changed since then . E mails ignored , their Contact Us form filled in four times . Nothing at all .
Total scam . Disgraceful . So disappointing .
