This company is a FRAUD. They sent me an unfinished bag with no inlining. No responds to my numerous attempts for a replacement. Very cheap quality. Don't let their fake campaign fool you.

Cute bags, but didn't last long. Cheap quality, the chain broke only after a few uses. Not worth it.

And now after more attempts to contact them via Instagram as they refused to reply to my emails they have now blocked me!

PLEASE PLEASE avoid this brand like the plague! I'm fuming! I ordered 2 bags 2 months ago, I never received it! They soon stopped replying to my e-mails and BLOCKED my instagram account and DELETED my comments off their page!! I have absolutely no way of contacting them or getting a refund

I just wanted to say a thank you, for the really nice cover pouch and especially the bag itself. Not to mention the 1 Bag = 1 Tree policy!

Poor service. Ordered a bag in March 2020 and it never arrived. I talked to customer service through email as I understood it was Covid and they said they would refund me but that didn’t happen either. They just stopped replying after that. I tried to follow up 2 more times before writting this and still no response. This company is a thief. Don’t order.

I ordered 2 bags in Dec, 2019, received them after a few weeks, both broke the first use. I contacted the company and they said they would mail them out right away, I've contacted many times via email, Instagram and Facebook and nothing. It's now June so I did a charge back in my card. Don't waste your time or money!

DON’T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY! Ordered a bag 1 month ago never received the bag and they claim it was at my post office, Also this same exact bag is sold on Amazon for 1/2 the price they are marketing!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I am in the process of fighting to get my money back due to not receiving my 2 bags I ordered over 2 months ago. They do not respond to any emails or attempts to contact them. I have never experienced a shopping experience like this, and I feel dumb I fell for this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. Spread the word.

Absolutely disgusted with this brand. Didn't receive my bag, they lied and gave me different tracking numbers and tried to blame Australia Post and then finally refunded me but only half the amount. I still haven't been refunded and now they blocked me on Instagram and I didn't even say anything rude!

Couldn't be more frustrated. Ordered on 30/11/19 during Black Friday sale for Christmas gift.... it is now 23/11 and product is no where to be seen. No response to emails.

I placed an order on 8/10/19 (Invoice #3182) for an upcoming Europe trip that was planned for October. I have yet to receive the order nor a refund. I emailed the company on 9/4 inquiring about the product and was in touch with Hazel Marquez who said that because I opted for free standard shipping there is no tracking # available and that it has been shipped and is in transit. She told me that a follow up was sent to the dispatch team and wanted to confirm my delivery address which was noted to be incorrect. I emailed the correct address to Hazel but did not get a response. I emailed again a few days later and was told again that a follow up was sent to their distribution team and it is being investigated. I was also told that I would be emailed once an update is received. Several days passed and I emailed again asking for a refund. It is now December and I still have not received any updates nor a refund. Their shipping policy online specifically states "Orders that pass 30 days without delivery are immediately investigated. Upon conclusion of the investigation, a refund to the customer may apply. " However, I have not received the product, the results of the investigation or a refund. I placed an order for the product being keen on eco-friendly materials and for my trip in October which has now passed. I am extremely unsatisfied with the poor customer service I have received from this company and will be telling my friends and family to steer away from this business because they are taking money and not delivering. There are plenty of other businesses that are eco-friendly and with outstanding customer service. I wanted to give this company a try and now regret doing so.

I wish there was a "No Star" option. This site is a scam. They'll never ship you your product and give you some bullcrap run-around when you send them an email.

I ordered one of the hexagon handbags as a gift. It arrived after a week and a half and looks as described, but I noticed in my bank statement that I was charged two extra fees that weren’t mentioned at all when I placed the order: 74p transaction fee and 50p purchase fee. Although these aren’t big amounts, it’s unethical for a company to hide any fees.

This website is making a huge profit from items bought on Aliexpress.

I saw it on a TV programme a few months ago. It's so easy for any ordinary person, just like you and me, to set up a website, grab a few pictures from Aliexpress and flog them as their own product, making a huge profit. Quite often, the product doesn't even touch the hands of the company, as they order direct from Aliexpress and get the product sent to your address.

Yes, they are genuine products and you will receive you item eventually, but you are paying over the odds for something that actually costs a few pounds. I've noticed that a lot of dress websites do the same. Be wary of anything that pops up in your ads on Facebook and Instagram, and do your research before purchasing. Always check Aliexpress first!
