Poor customer service

I have ordered from this company a few times and the last two orders had mailer boxes that would not fit together. My last order on 1/29/25 was returned to them by UPS when they ended their contract with the PO. I emailed them all the details that day but they didn't respond for days and when they did they put me off for 2 weeks saying they couldn't find my returned order in their warehouse although I had sent the UPS tracking showing it was delivered. They said that to me each time I wrote and did nothing to help. I set up a dispute with PayPal where I had buyer protection and within 1 hour they had written to say sorry and sent me a refund. Their customer service and quality of product is very poor.
