One more update becasue I can't respond to the nonsense that was their response.
Still no delivery and now UPS can't seem to locate the package. Really poor. I notified the Pavkengers that the package may be lost. Guess what? No respoonse.
Update_ Since I can't reply to the responder I just want to say what they posted is not true. They have onlt created a shipping label. That in no way proves the item has been shipped. Checking with UPS just now they state they have not received the package. CEO even contacted me and state he will watch this. Guess it was the wrong channel watched
Still waiting about 6 weeks now. They have told me each week that my item will ship end of the week. No tracking, not even proof that they possess my item. One excuse after another. Seeking legal action at this point. Paid for a service they cant provide and now hold my artwork that they do not own.

Good in the past — but poor packing and a two-month unresolved claim this time
I'm a returning customer and have been satisfied with The Packengers in the past, so I want to be fair. That history is exactly why this experience has been such a letdown.
This time the packing was not up to the standard of my previous shipments, and unfortunately it seems to have contributed to the outcome: my item, an antique sculpture, arrived damaged in its crate on 9 April 2026.
The bigger issue has been the aftermath. More than two months on, the claim remains unresolved. I've sent multiple emails, asked clear questions (including exactly what documentation was needed to settle the claim), and set fair deadlines. In return I received delayed responses, commitments that weren't kept, and at one point a request for "more photos" that effectively returned things to the start. The damaged crate has now occupied my living room for over two months while I wait.
I've stayed patient and cooperative throughout, and I know from experience that this company is capable of better. On this occasion, though, both the packing quality and the handling of the claim have been disappointing.

After this experience, I am convinced that every customer dealing with FedEx deserves compensation for the time lost and frustration caused by its performance.
Invalid phone numbers, unreachable departments, repeated requests, delays, and endless administrative hurdles are not what I paid for.
My time has value, and the amount of productive working time lost due to the poor FedEx performance is unacceptable.
Please ensure that FedEx is not used for any future shipments on my behalf.

The items of high value need to be far better packed and protected inside the cartonage box - needs to be wrapped well with bubble wrap all arround to fill a whole space of the box inside (that items not moving inside the box and to be resistant on pressure from the outside).
