Think twice before ordering the service…
Think twice before ordering the service to have your goods (eg furniture) delivered until inside your house- despite the extra costs charged. They outsource the delivery to other companies who only deliver to your doorstep.i have been seeking a solution with them for more than a month (!!) since the first attempted delivery, to no avail as of yet. Also submitting a formal complaint on their website doesn’t help, I have no reply despite their website promise to come back within 48 hours. I even have no information as to the whereabouts of my furniture. They simply seem to be an inadequate party to deliver these services. @ ThePackengers don’t bother sending a public reply to this message that I should email you, you have received dozens of emails from my side that clearly document the problem

Good .... but expensive.
The process of arranging collection from the auction house was fairly straightforward and the packaging was very good. The parcel arrived at the correct time and in good condition. However I doubt that my item was the only one being collected from the auction house and the total cost of 63 euros for a 25cm x 20 cm painting worth 30 euros seems slightly excessive. There was no indication as to whether this charge would have applied to each item had I bought more things at the auction. I would therefore hesitate before using ThePackengers again ... but the service was good.

Good service, from collecting to delivery. Packaging could be improved. In my case for the delivery of a book it was wrapped in paper and put in a much bigger box, some plastic bunble would have been appreciated

The office staff needs more basic…
The office staff needs more basic training on shipping internationally. There is no regard for how items will be cleared once they arrive at destination. Preparing customers (both local/abroad) for a best possible scenario should be paramount. US agents are slow to respond and also lack training. Very disappointing.

Proceed with caution -- they are thieves and liars
To be fair, I have used ThePackengers on previous occasions to ship items won at auctions. There were no fragile items, and there were some hiccups with customs forms for one of the shipments, but overall, they did a great job of securely wrapping and packing everything. However, my most recent experience with them has been a complete nightmare and nothing had even been picked up, packed or shipped yet. I'd only gotten to the order placement stage, paid their fee, but still needed to wait for the auction house confirmation that they received my payment. After some discussion with my family, we decided that shipping wouldn't be needed and that we would pick the item up in person as the auction house is not that far away. I'd placed the order with them a few days ago (May 28) and wrote them over the weekend requesting a cancellation and refund. They replied to me today refusing to cancel or refund. First they claimed it was because the order I placed was binding according to their GTC, but then said they would cancel. Then, in a follow-up message they said they could not refund/cancel because I had not cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, and there was nothing they could do. So which is it? I cited what I found in a Google screenshot stating that they did do cancellations and give refunds provided the item was not picked up, packed or shipped. I met all of those conditions. I also told them there was no stated refund or cancellation policy anywhere on their website, and nothing in their FAQs at all about refunds or cancellations. At no time, did they offer to provide a copy of this GTC or a link to any stated policy. So that tells me their decision is entirely arbitrary. I couldn't care less about Article L.121-28 12° of the French Consumer Code. If this is true, that should be stated on your website somewhere so customers are aware. I also noted that they charged my credit card multiple times for the same order, which is also questionable. This ONE incident has destroyed all goodwill I had, and this is the lilmit for me. I will never use them again.
EDITED: Your policies should be clearly stated in a place that is visible to all customers, such as in the FAQ, not hidden or buried in some obscure location or encased in legal language. A simple search through your CVG on the words "cancellation/annulation" and "refund/remboursement" yielded NO results.

I have emailed holathepackengers and hellopackengers at least 5 times to request a refund. My numerous requests about a DOUBLE payment of the shipping of the same item remain unanswered despite your promise to answer within 48 hours..
COuld you PLEASE address my requests and refund me the 67.20 euros paid - see TWO Order ID for the same item: 11251420 and 11261610.
I should not waste my time asking and asking again. The employee in Madrid should have contacted me and arrange for a refund.
I hope to not have to carry on emailing everywhere to get my money back.
