Ordered never showed up . Took 2 weeks for someone to respond to numerous emails and phone was never answered . After a while a response , offered an exchange but still have no received it and surprise surprise know one answering emails or phone calls
Very poor customer service, the products have a very confused explanation and when you tried to call them not answer and not able to create a refund
The Paella Company have asked me to review my purchase twice, unfortunately my experience was very negative. Purchased a Lotus Grill which had a fault, sent emails to The Paella Company but they do not respond. Would not recommend this company.
Order came with items missing. Tried phoning several times with no answer. Sent several emails with no answer. Eventually got a reply from "Kevin" that it would be sent out. 2 months and 3 more unanswered emails later I've received nothing. A real shame and I did try my best to get this sorted without this negativity.
I purchased a £30 gift eVoucher, believing that the company's products could be shipped across Europe (as this wasn't clearly stated as UK-only). Upon realizing my mistake, I attempted to contact them through multiple emails and phone calls, but no one ever responded. All I received were automated emails asking for feedback on my purchase, which is frustrating considering my negative experience.
It's impossible to get a refund, and their lack of customer support is truly disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
The paella pans are fantastic quality for the price and the delivery was really prompt. Would definitely use this company again. Very pleased with my order.
I am extremely impressed with the product and also with the integrity of the company member, Kevin, who rang me on realising that I didn’t know what I was doing and had over ordered on everything. He spent time with me until we got it completely right and was happy to refund me. A lovely and reassuring experience of the best of humanity when everything is falling apart in the world.
I thought It was going to be a scam due to not have any rewies but I was surprised after getting the order realy fast I definitely recommend.
