Hi, I am the owner of OnlinePartBin.com and have had many of my customers recently mention negative reviews online. I did some more digging when a customer brought up some of the specifics.

The purpose of this review is to clear up any confusion about who we are. Online Part Bin is NOT associated IN ANY WAY with The Parts Bin, Parts Train, or any of their other affiliates.

They are based out of California, and we are based out of San Antonio, TX.

We specialize in New Bumpers and Fenders, Painted to Match your vehicle, and Shipped to your door. They do not offer a paint service on any of their parts.

This is not trying to drum up business for our company, but it is trying to clear up any concerns from our potential customers about ordering a painted to match bumper or fender. You will get your order, it will be right, and we stand behind EVERYTHING.

I buy a distributor cap from there, after 1 day i cant see my order in my user panel. I thing they packed and send it to me, after 2 weeks later when i send them a mail to give me the traction number, i learn my order was cancaled cause of credit card problem. After replaying its impossible i saw here the money was gone from me, they say the part is our of stock right now we cancel your oder WITOUT ANY INFORMING (i waith 2 weeks) after 1 moth still i cant get my money back, i mail them every day and got nothing

These guys misrepresent themselves!!
They claim the parts are “INSTOCK”
I thought my parts where coming from Carson, CA
They charged me Tax.
And said parts would be here 5-7 days.
Parts took 12 days and come from another state…
Gee, I WONDER WHERE THE TAX WENT!!
These guys are crap!!!!
Next time I order from the other guys.
THEY ARE CLAIMING TO HAVE THE PARTS INSTOCK! WHEN IN FACT, THEY DONT HAVE A SINGLE PART INSTOCK UNTILL YOU SEND THEM MONEY AND THEY FIND THE PART ON THE INTERNET JUST LIKE YOU AND ME.
