Exactly what I needed!!!
Exactly what I needed!!!! 4 weeks ago I was put at risk of redundancy, in order to secure a new job I needed to get driving. I found The Pass People online and after a quick phone call to reassure myself it wasn’t some sort of scam I signed up.
The Pass People secured me 15 hours with a driving instructor, they booked in my Theory Test within 2 weeks and then secured me a Practical Test 2 weeks after that! I passed first time in Oxford earlier this week!
Throughout the entire experience Amy & David have been incredible! The communication is clear and concise, they both wished me the best of luck before both tests and they were quick to respond to any queries I had.
If you need to get driving quickly I would 100% recommend using The Pass People, they are incredibly good at what they do!!!

We are sorry you felt your experience with us wasn't a positive one.
Your course was arranged with the test and lessons within the timescales you requested and you chose to do long, very intensive lessons just days before the test, without an assessment lesson to ensure you had booked enough hours or were happy with your instructor.
As you advised us, the instructors teaching style did not suit you and we asked to feed this back to him which was declined by yourself. As we have not been able to discuss the lessons with him, and we were not present at your lessons to witness, we cannot agree that his teaching style was inadequate. He also expressed a desire to complete the course which you also declined.
I can see a full refund was issued for any lessons that were not taken, however some hours were lost because you chose to cancel them at short notice. Unfortunately when lessons are cancelled within 48 hours, instructors are usually unable to issue a refund due to being unable to fill the time with another pupil.
We wish you all the very best for the future and in getting your license

Amazing service - efficient, helpful, very friendly.
It was impossible to find a driving instructor with availability for my son, let alone a driving test date. Within a few days of contacting The Pass People, we had an instructor and a practical driving test date at a local test centre.
Instructor Karolis was absolutely spot on - very communicative, flexible and helped my son (who had already passed his theory test but had never driven a car) pass first time - BOOM.

My driving Instructor Andy was amazing and made this happen today..
Got me in and passed within a month. Really happy result.

The Pass People are brilliant and so efficient
Very efficient. I was on every waiting list trying to get my daughter driving lessons. I contacted The Pass People and literally the very next day they emailed me with a driving instructor. Excellent service.
Next email I received they arranged a Theory test and then the practical. I requested a test centre near us and we got an appointment straight away through The Pass People.
I have friends that have travelled miles to do a practical test and also they have waited ages for a practical test.
My daughter started her driving lessons in May and passed in June and had 35 hours of lessons.

Excellent company that I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Super experience with this company. I used them to find a driving test for my daughter in our local area. This had been very difficult to find availability for. A friend recommended The Pass People and having looked at Trustpilot I decided to give these guys a go. To be honest and despite the excellent reviews I was still a little sceptical. However, within 2 days they managed to do what I couldn’t in a few months! And they do this at a very reasonable price. Amazing!
