I booked a 15 hour intensive course with The Pass People and passed my practical test first time! They assigned me a lovely instructor who dedicated so much time in getting me my pass, and the company themselves were so lovely and great at communicating. I would recommend to anyone!

Had to use them 3 times, 1st test cancelled due to weather, 2nd test was failure :( and finally a pass today for my daughter all within a 13 week window. So good its untrue, no compromises, to change test centre worked within the schedule available working with her driving instructor and given wait times in our area are 4 months, and those cancellation app are garbage I cannot thank them enough. You pay for what you get in this world and its been worth every penny.

From submitting when you are ready for your test through to being given your test date you are kept informed all the way along, with a call followed by a text & confirmation e mail.

The website offers intensive courses so I booked through The Pass People but found once I'd booked that they were only a clearing house that farmed out your details to independent self employed instructors for a commission.

I had deliberately booked as I wanted an intensive course but found that the provider I was farmed out to wasn't willing to do that and just wanted to do weekly lessons.
I'd previously done an intensive course for a motorbike that was a single provider/school over a week with a structured course that you booked with directly and thought I was getting the same, but I was wrong.

So I'm other than saving me from ringing round various local instructors I'm no better off and very frustrated, I could have just used a test cancelation website to book a test and called a local instructor.

Passed first time, they advised well and took care of me. My instructor they paired me with was ace. Really chill and always down for a good laugh. Would highly recommend. Best instructor I have had.

The Pass People found a driving test appointment for my son at our requested test centre within eight weeks of him being ready to take the test. Having been through the process a couple of years ago of trying to help my daughter find a driving test, their service totally removed all the stress and I probably spent just as much on apps trying to find her a test myself as it cost to use the service provided by The Pass People. Highly recommend.

Many thanks Pass people, I was looking for cancelation to book a test and didn't find anything, till a friend thank him advised me to book through pass people website. This website can book you driving test as soon as possible but you have to make sure it is available in your place because it doesn't cover all the cities in uk. Once they find a test then they will contact you to make sure that the test booking is suitable for you. I booked before the Christmas and my test was in end of February and finally passed the test! Huge thanks the pass people.
