I just wanted to make a review regarding pass master they were fantastic with me, great customer service skills which David understood what I was going through john at the time, it is not the organisation fault, it's the driving instructor which lacked empathy and support, I am not happy with the driving lessons I had with the instructor. I just hope the next person does not suffer the way I did, I should have spoken out before and confirm it with pass master, but the organisation pass master is excellent, don't be put off by what I have experienced with this individual instructor.

Last and least thank you to David for being a fantastic person and being understanding and supportive towards me. Very much appreciated it alot .

Thanks to PassPeople and more specifically John, who was my instructor. The PassPeople were very accommodating to some issues I was having throughout my lessons and were able to help me through it.

I filled out an application and Dave responded to me right away. He connected me with my instructor Anees who also contacted me the same day. The booking process, payment process and time spent explaining everything was above and beyond. Very professional. Booking my lessons with my instructor was seamless and his immediate responses to me and his available driving schedule times was great. Anees is a first class instructor. Patient, knowledgeable and just a really good thorough instructor. I passed my test on the first attempt! Thank you Anees. You’re the best. Thank you Dave for getting me started and connected. You really made things very easy for me. The pass people and in particular Dave and Anees get 12 out of 10 stars.

Amazing help. The company was very helpful in providing me with a test at the centre I asked for at the exact time I requested for the test as well. The whole process was done very efficiently (only took an hour) and both people I spoke to were very kind throughout the whole process.

I booked a 25 hour intensive course with the pass people and it was worth every penny! My instructor salma was amazingggg!

The pass people secured me a test quickly and had a great service! They connected me with my instructor, Lloyd who ensured all areas that I needed to learn were covered and that my driving was up to standard and safe before my driving test.
