Another satisfied customer here decided to chance it even with the negative reviews and wow great experience. Like other people I can only speak from my experience and it was great service!

Update: good news, thanks to my credit card company I have received the long-awaited refund. Please do take note of the negative reviews when considering ordering from this company.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered dog coat as Xmas present, it took weeks to arrive, no response to emails asking where it was. When it finally arrived it was too small and so I started trying to communicate again to return. Only got any response when I opened a case with PayPal. I’ve now returned the coat and no sign of any refund. Have tried emailing again and no reply. Had no other option but to escalate to my credit card company to pursue on my behalf. I won’t be buying from this company again.

Ordered a dog coat on 7th January, still no delivery of item, no tracking, no dispatch email. Emailed 3 times, no response at all. Shocking customer service and absolutely no way to do business. Stay way clear of this business, they are literally just stealing money. I have asked for a refund, so let’s hope they can turn this around and I can update the review.

I recently purchased a raised feeding station that can be adjusted to heights. I have to say I'm really impressed, with the quality of the product! It's sturdy and robust. It has completely solved the problem of our dogs gobbling up their food quickly. Now they can enjoy their meals without any worries. A big thank you to Pet Pit, for this product!

I have purchased many times from the Pet Pit.
I know at the start they had their teething issues like any company
But they have been slowly getting better and my most recent order compared to my first.
The communication/delivery etc was brilliant so this has saved them and that’s why I have decided on 5 stars and not 4 purely due to the efforts and changes that are progressively getting better.
I wish nothing but the best for them in the future!

I bought a coat from the pet store. It turned out to be too small. I returned it. Got an exchange, within 72 hours. I'm really pleased with the response!

The service provided by the pet pit was excellent. Initially I had some doubts due, to a reviews but I realized that personal experiences can differ greatly. I will certainly place another order in the future.

I had a problem, with my order. They quickly exchanged it for me and sent the replacement within 48 hours. I couldn't believe how great their service was!

Delivered our order but one of the coats that we ordered came in a size too small for it.
I messaged them on instagram and they refunded my order and exchanged for the another, it was friendly Highly recommended!! Thanks

I recently bought a coat from the pit. It arrived within a week. However the size was too small, for me. I would advise you to read their returns policy because you have to cover the shipping costs when returning an item. Despite that I'm giving them a 5 star rating simply because their return process was hassle free. I was able to exchange it for a fitting coat. Overall we've purchased three coats from the pit now. We're extremely satisfied, with our purchases.

I ordered a dog coat from the pet pit delivery was quicker than I expected, but we had a slight issue with the size which was our fault! Nevertheless, it was quickly resolved, and we received a new coat within three days!

Hats off to the pet pit, I was sceptical with some of the negative reviews, but I can’t speak highly of my experience and I’m satisfied with my order! ❤️

I sent an email. Received a response, within 48 hours. Additionally I reached out to them through Instagram, which seemed to result in a reply regarding the coats size. They quickly addressed the issue.

This morning, three coats arrived. They are absolutely flawless!

Was skeptical with the negative reviews but just wanted to back the pet pit, checkout process was smooth I had a few questions which were all answered via socials (instagram)
Order was delivered within 7 days, can only speak from my experience I know they had some issues with deliveries due to delayed stock (albeit not my fault) but I found the experience pleasant and I can’t speak highly enough of them.
My advice base it off your own experience not others.
I have ordered again and have just recieved a dog bed from them!

Ordered a coat on the 5th january for my dog, emailed 3 times no response, it’s been 3 weeks, no tracking info nothing. Absolutely terrible company do not use
