Good service and expertise

Good service and expertise, second replacement of the battery within 2 years by The Phone Lab. No room for any goodwill to provide some discount one the new battery.

Bad battery , great battery

with a bad battery, I was on the verge of getting a new phone. I reconsider it after the offering of the phone lab. A new battery for €99 seems like a lot, but if you think about the labour and the knowledge involves, and the fact that reusing and updating perfectly fine technology reduces waste, it’s a small price to pay.
The only reason why this is not five stars is because they repair took longer than communicated, so I returned to the shop without it being ready. A simple email would’ve been great to not waste a time going back-and-forth.
Will be back for sure when needed 👍

Good and honest advise

I went to the store expecting my phone needed an expensive repair. Instead, my phone was cleaned for a very reasonable price and everything works great. Very good and honest advice!
