Product was perfect... BUT! I bought it on Thephoneshack.ie thinking I was buying in Ireland, got notice from DHL that I had to pay €18.50 import tax before they would deliver... not impressed...
Scratch that! I’ve been offered a full refund fair play... I can confirm this is an Irish company...

Some of our products may come from the Uk, where they’re still implementing new deals and tariffs. At least, that’s our best guess as to why this happened. We’ve flagged this also with DHL . We will of course ensure a refund is processed immediately to your card. We are an Irish business based in South Dublin.

Excellent service and communication throughout
Such an amazing service way above and beyond.I had ordered a big button phone for an elderly neighbour who lives alone, to have over the Christmas, great communication over email while ordering and waiting on it,it hadn’t arrived on Christmas Eve so Tom from the Phone Shack actually drove to my house and dropped a phone in! A Christmas miracle! It made a huge difference to so many.I cannot praise them highly enough, super service and super team.

Went above and beyond
Ordered an item off the site that was it of stock in most other places. Got a phone call from them a couple if days later informing me that a supplier had let them down. Spoke to a guy called Tom.
He offered a full refund, but also offered to keep looking to try to secure the item for me. I took a chance and said I'd leave the order with him and see how he goes.
Sure enough, within a few days l received and email confirming dispatch.
And it was Tom himself who drove the whole way to Carlow with the item for delivery. You literally could not ask for more from a company.
We all could have supply issues, but the people at ThePhoneShack went above and beyond to see me right. Thanks guys. 5 stars.
