Never seen a company with such dedication to their work. The techs were all polite, wore overshoes in my property and most importantly of all managed to get rid of our rat problem. We were unable to sleep with the noises in the ceiling and had a company come out to have a look at dealing with the issue. After paying them over £300 they were unable to tell us even what the problem was and were unable to deal with the problem. We called The Pied Piper and had them come out and inspect the loft and they put down some cameras first without charging us the full price. The cameras showed we had a problem with rats getting into our loft and they promptly dealt with the problem and found the access point as well. We were unable to gain access to this hole but at least we know that this was the problem and they recommended installing a rat blocker in our drains and since then we have not had an issue. The service is fantastic and the staff are all very helpful with excellent communication.

I dont normally give out 5 stars, as there is always room for improvement. However, I can only go but the service I have received from the company. They were recommended by a work colleague and I am I went with the recommendation.
They do a good through survey prior to quoting, so both parties know what is expected. Operatives are very polite, informative and helpful as are the staff back at the office. The task for me was very demanding, but they more than coped and went the extra mile to satisfy.
They are competitive on pricing is with no hidden costs. All in all from my experiences a good sound company

Excellent Service and Professionalism.

Used The Pied Piper for mice problem at my parents house. That had mice for some time, we tried ourselves with bate and traps with no success.

It was obvious from the first visit that the Technician knew exactly what he was looking for and how to treat the problem. I was entirely confident from this first visit that we would resolve the ongoing problem.

There was 3 visits in total, because my parents are old the technician went as far as filling in holes where the mice where entering the property. My Mum and Dad are so grateful for the
Professionalism and experience of the the technician as well as his kind and polite manner in dealing with the pest issue at there house.

The service provided can only be described as exceptional. The knowledge, professionalism, value and ownership of there service is recommended to anyone requiring pest control services.

I’m confident I will not need to use them again, However they would be the first point of call if I required there services again.

Pied Piper is the best pest control company I’ve come across. They really care about their customers, are extremely professional and without a doubt are trustworthy. They do a thorough job unlike your usual council and are dedicated to for their customer care.

Had a bad problem with rats as we keep chickens and called out the Pied Piper. The guy they sent was very good and polite knew what he was doing and got on with the job. He was very through. We had a different guy on the return visits but they were just as good and everyone was on time and the prices are very reasonable for the service we got.

Far superior customer service than other companies I have used. Gave a service that was not only professional but very thorough. Their guy came in a smart uniform and wore his shoe covers. Been two months and no problems.

In my opinion, the Pied Piper really care about their customers. Their teams are very professional. They always explain what they will do, why and how and they actually work very hard to find out where your pest problem come from and to eradicate it. You get a report after each visit.
They are also extremely trustworthy.

I had bedbugs problems but special circumstances in my house made it difficult to treat it. The Pied Piper went the extra mile to resolve the problem and go around my personal circumstances.

A little note for readers:
1) if you discover you have bedbugs, don’t think you can get rid of them by yourself. I spent a lot of money on these Rentokil bedbugs sprays that you can buy online. Well, don’t bother because they are very small, they don’t work and you need a lot of them. In the end, they cost me nearly cost as much as pest control while the bed bugs continued feasting on us.
2) Your Council pest control may come free of charge but depending of whom is their contractors, they may not do a good job. I had to pay my Council but they only sprayed the beds. Within a few days, we had again bed bugs bites. They maybe cheaper but as I have learned, you get what you pay for.

With the Pied Piper, I had to clear everything, put all my stuff in plastic bags. They treat the whole rooms, the furniture, inside the furniture, the floors, the walls etc.

I give The Pied Piper 5 stars for their professionalism, 5 for their dedication, 5 for their rates, 5 for their human side and 5 for their excellent customer care.

I moved into my property five and half years ago and one week after moving in I kept hearing scratching noises above in my loft at night, and could not sleep at all. My landlords sent a variety of different pest control companies who said it looked like I had rats and that there had been rats in my property even before I moved in. All that these pest control companies kept doing is coming and going & putting poison down to kill the rats but none of them tried to get to root of how the rats were getting into my loft in the first place. Once pied piper started attending they were working extremely hard at not just killing the rats off but finding out how they were getting access into my loft, as I had been having this problem for several years when they came. They did this by installing cameras up in my loft as well as snap traps. After a long time of investigating and catching rats in the snap traps, pied piper worked out how the rats were getting into my loft & passed that information on to my landlords to fix. I felt relieved as I had been dealing with this rat infestation for 5 years without a break. They are very hard working and committed to resolving pest problems, as well as being very professional & thorough. Would highly recommend this pest control company as they don't mess about and won't give up until they fully resolve your problem. Excellent service without a doubt.

We used the pied Piper recently for a problem with mice we had in our restaurant. We previously had a company who were doing nothing and not running up when they should be. Changed over to pied Piper and the difference was almost immediate staff are excellent and professional and we don't have to chase them up they just let us know when they will be coming and the turn up. So far so good very happy.
