Horrible disability support company.
This is what I experienced. Going with these people was the biggest mistake. How I was treated affected me badly. They also treated me like a hostage. I still haven't completely recovered. I do not have any trust in disability support companies anymore. This disability support company are very unprofessional. Poor management. They lack integrity. They don't respect the client's care plan. They lack knowledge about the client's care and rights. Client's choices are taken away,for eg, you can't sleep in. The staff and manager make inappropriate comments. There is no privacy. Their not honest people. They thrive on being abusive to clients and families. The staff and manager are controlling. Their actual care factor is zero when it comes to the less fortunate. They pretend to care. The manager is not as nice as what she appeared in the beginning. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Alot of these disability support companies need scrutinising. So please do your research before accepting a provider.
