We are called The Plastic Bottles Company but we offer so much more.As a wholesaler, distributor and stockist of empty plastic bottles and containers including an extensive range of HDPE, LDPE and PET plastic bottles, jars and pots, caps and accessories, our entire approach is based on excellent service.
We offer a next day delivery service for UK mainland and same day despatch for orders placed by 1pm. We pride ourselves in being a very responsive and customer focused company.
Every customer is treated fairly and equally regardless of the size of their order or size of the business. We have no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value.
We are an e-commerce company that is a market leader in the packaging industry in web-based wholesale of empty plastic bottles and containers. Our aim is to offer an easy-to-use website, efficient and reliable distribution systems, excellent customer care, extremely competitive prices with consistently high-quality goods and services. Ordered a box load of 1L bottles with tops and sprayer via the website, a very easy ordering and payment experience. Communication for the order was great and order was delivered 2 days later as stated.
The products are very good and as descibed on the website.

Absolutely lovely company to deal with, everything is a next day delivery. They’ve got me out of a mess on more than one occasion dating back to 2020 when things became extremely difficult to get hold of during the pandemic.

Amazing proactive customer service - thank you!
Soon after placing my first order, Julie telephoned me to say she thought one of the 'caps' I had ordered might not be suitable. My order was small and so I was particularly blown away to receive such pro-active helpful customer service. Just brilliant! I chose to purchase from this company as they were a family run UK based company - I am really glad I did. Thank you. Great customer service.
There are many reasons why I prefer to buy from the Plastic Bottle Company. Their prices are competitive and delivery times are good, but the outstanding reason is their customer service. They check my orders and query what appear to be errors on my part. On two occasions to date, they have contacted me to ensure that I have ordered compatible items and, by so doing, have prevented me from making costly errors. For a small business such as is mine, these actions are greatly appreciated. I have confidence in the team at The Plastic Bottle Company and would, without hesitation, recommend them to other small businesses.
