You emailed us this morning to report the damage, and we replied straight away to confirm that we would, of course, send a free-of-charge replacement to you as per your request. Unfortunately, things don't always go to plan, and I'm sorry that you felt our service deserves a one-star review. Great Customer Service
I phoned ahead to check that what I was ordering was the right item and also to check availability, the person who answered was able to answer all my questions and went through the order process, lead time etc. I placed my order and received confirmation of order, confirmation of payment and estimated delivery.
My order was extremely well packaged and delivered exactly as forecast.
