Can’t get a refund if theyr out of…

Can’t get a refund if theyr out of stock, you have to choose a diffrent option. I always order in one go, paid for a next day £7.99 option but until they had packed and it arrived later than I expected. I do business as well but getting in touch was not so easy either - these are things to improve on for future

We’re sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service, however we feel you had some unrealistic expectations with the the special delivery option.

You ordered on a Friday at 10pm, and expected it to arrive the Saturday morning, which is unrealistic. We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider, and we don’t believe any shipping providers send parcels this fast.

We state on our website, that orders are shipped the following working day, and even though this is part of our shipping policy, your order was still shipped on Saturday, by a member of our team.

In terms of missing items, you were contacted by our team, with what was missing, and we offered to refund you those specific items.

In terms of contact, you were in communications, with a member of our team for the whole process who assisted you, so are unsure of why you have mentioned this.

We still value you as a customer, and as a token of appreciation we will offer you discount codes on your next order, please contact us on the email below to receive your code.
