I not got my withdrawal plus it's took…

I not got my withdrawal plus it's took nearly 24 hours for id am still waiting have sent 6 IDs and still not confirmed me..Plus they can take 10 pound deposit and a bet but can't do withdrawal .

Better communication about wins?

The chat line was helpful but your system of advising people of a win needs some improvement, I think. The email does not say how much - perhaps understandable, for security reasons - but your website does not make it all easy to see how much has been won. In the end it proved impossible until your chatline lady provided it for me.
