I enjoy the Goalrush

I enjoy the Goalrush. The staff are always helpful. Buf I find the website slow and cumbersome. I have had 7 out of 8 in Goalrush twice recently. One paid nothing. The second says I have won £3.60 but can't find it anywhere on my account.

I want to love it

I want to love it, but it is so full of bugs and errors that it can be incredibly infuriating.

Positives: quick and easy to talk to a person who will clear things up, some very good special offers (if they work)

Negatives: Experience spead across mobile and desktop browsers, it frequently won't show active bets citing not being logged in, but an accurate balance is on screen so clearly logged in. Rewards not working for days at a time which when there is a cumulative weekly prize to aim for renders them useless. There's really clear visibility on GoalsRush and ThePools results but the Lucky Clover its almost impossible to go back and see your entry as it crashes or doesn't show. Disappearing betslip happens a lot on football bets which take an age to navigate to because the default football page is in-play which usually means some Bolivian second divison match being offered ahead of Premier League kicking off in thirty minutes.

If they sorted out their IT they'd probably get 6 out of 5!
