Booking through Elle and Ben was seamless and hassle-free. Despite booking a last-minute tour just 10 days before departure, they managed to secure me an additional discount on an already reduced price, which was amazing.

They were incredibly helpful throughout the process, offering great guidance and even spending an hour on a call with me to go through packing tips and trip preparation.

The trip I booked was to Peru and included the Inca Trail. As all Inca Trail permits require government approval, there was some concern that my last-minute booking might not be approved in time. However, Elle and Ben were completely transparent and reassuring throughout the entire process. The permit was successfully confirmed (I even secured the last Inca Trail permit for that day!), and I’m very grateful to them for keeping me informed every step of the way.
