I bought a product based on their advertised 100% no risk guarantee, no questions asked return "policy." They refused the return because their hidden return "policy" buried on their website says nothing like the ad. Total fraud.
The back massager that they mailed me worked for 2 weeks, and then the battery died. I offered to mail the faulty product back to them, and they said they would 'escalate' the issue. They did NOT issue me a refund, and they did not mail me a new massager. It has been over a month since I contacted them, and I still have not received a solution. Do NOT purchase anything from this company.
Fraudulent site. Placed order, never sent. Said a refund was processed. Never was. Email responses have no name on them. Avoid
Hello! Have been having issues with this company since I ordered one of the products back in June. Neither my return label request, nor my refund, have been processed, and its been over two months (and more than 10 emails from my part). Important to note that the reason I asked for a refund is because they sent me the wrong size. About one month ago, I left a review on their site, and noticed it did not show. I tried two more times, within this last month and again, it never showed, so I contacted trustpilot directly and come to find out this company, even though declares "certification" and over 1000 excelent trustpilot reviews, does not even have a profile with trustpilot. This is fraudulent activity, fake reviews, and completely illegal. I intend to report this company to consumer protection authority.
