My experience with the private clinic…
My experience with the private clinic has been amazing, I recently underwent a breast augmentation with professor Sandip Hindocha.
The care received was of a high standard from the first consultations to the surgery and after care.
Sandip and his team at the Birmingham clinic have been so welcoming and caring, Wanda, Gladys, Rachel accompanied me when seeing Sandip also for after aftercare making sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I also have had contact with Lisa for any issues who was also fantastic. They are a lovely team.
The Birmingham team made themselves available out of ours incase I had any questions or worries. Sandip made sure I got all the care needed and seen as quick as possible he truly is an amazing surgeon who I would return to if I want anything further in the future. I can’t thank him enough for the confidence I now have and making me feel so at ease.
I can’t thank the Birmingham team enough. They all are truly awesome and I’m so greatful for all the care that I received . I am extremely happy with the results from my surgery. I highly recommend the private clinic and would happily return in the future.

Customer service from reception is…
Customer service from reception is fine. Welcoming is fine, as a surgery, not happy at all! I had breast implant replacement and a breast lift. At the consultation, I requested cleavage, and the surgeon, Dr Javali, suggested a size down, and I agreed. But after the surgery and the swelling went down, I noticed my breasts are completely different; on the sides, they are falling down, my nipples look unexciting, I am not a size down, I am not having any cleavage at all, and my breasts are not looking nice at all. All I can see is that he pulled my breasts from the center, and I can only see a straight scar to the side. I am forced to wear a bra that pushes my breasts to the center, hurting me on the sides. I am now a size F, and I was wearing a size E before surgery. When I last saw him, he showed me the before picture, but to be perfectly honest, I would rather have it like before than look at my results now. After spending nearly £9000, I am heartbroken and regretting having this surgery.

Had a consultation about my bunions…
Had a consultation about my bunions with Mr Bianchi - total waste of money - felt he was about to pack up to go home when I went in to see him - felt he just wanted to fob me off and not even look at my feet - I showed him my bunions and he claimed I had an imbalance of the foot that would get worse if he operated on it - I had to remind him to make a scan of my foot, which he had mentioned and then forgotten about - he then told me about customised insoles £175 - to be fair, he also mentioned I could get some arch supports from Boots. And that was it. I think he is just collecting consultation fees, which are steep and if poss. their expensive insoles. Anyhow, it all worked out better for me in the end - saving me a lot of money - NHS consultant said that I’ll need my right foot operated on at some point in my life. There was such a hype about this doctor - I say, save your money. The new techniques are done by other consultants as well and for free, if you qualify.

Appalling Customer Care
I had cosmetic surgery in November 2023, performed by Mr Fazel.
Firstly,for each appointment before, and after, the surgery, I was never seen on time.
On one ocassion I was waiting for an hour!
Once I was healed I was not happy with the result so I began discussions with the patient coordinator regarding the issues.
I had another appointment with the surgeon but it felt rushed and I felt rather dismissed.
In June 2024 I was asked by the patient coordinator to put my concerns in an email, which I did. I heard nothing so chased multiple times.
3 months later, in September 2024 I was told it had been escalated to the practice manager and they would contact me in a 'couple of days'.
I had an in person appointment with the practice manager, later in September, along with another surgeon, for a review of the surgery
and to discuss options. I was told that a full report, with options,would be sen to me. I felt real hope when I left.
Another month went by and I received an email which just confirmed what we had discussed, but no mention of the options for me to move forward, and no costs.
I emailed back to the practice manager but he ignored me from there on.
The patient coordinator then contacted me to say I could see my original surgeon but I had already made it clear I did not want to see him again as he did not
make me feel comfortable.
I was told my information had been sent to the person that deals with all complaints. Again I waited. It is now January - a full 7 months since I first raised
my concerns and I have not heard anything from this next person.
For the amount of money I have spent I cannot believe the non-existent customer care that has followed.
I would absolutely not recommend this clinic. There may be some great surgeons there, but the after care is appalling, and that is when you really need someone.
For the record, all the nurses were wonderful.
I have taken the following from their website "We pride ourselves on offering an exemplary level of service and ensure that we treat our patients in a professional,
friendly and emphatic way, and are always available when they need us" As far as I'm concerned, and from other reviews I have now read, this couldn't be
further from the truth.

Bunion Surgery experience
The operation went to plan and was in every way similar to what had been described. I was given time & attention and the aftercare was not rushed. The first appointment date was changed however I could fit in with that as it was only 1 day earlier than planned. The 2nd suggested change I couldn’t do but this was accepted by the team. Mr Bianci is very professional & I felt confident in his practice.

Used the Private Clinic before and I find them honest and trustworthy in not advising you to do treatments for the sake of it or if not medically appropriate. My major treatment worked really well and I'm having some supplementary work done. I'm realistic on this one with no high expectations, but my therapist is really enthusiastic and supportive so I'm really pleased with the regime, appointment timetable and price. I had bunion surgery on one foot via the traditional method using pins and metal fixings, the recovery was slow, painful and the result disappointing. Reluctant to go through the same process again I opted for Mr Bianchi's procedure which at first I considered 'too good to be true' I was not disappointed, the procedure was pain free, I walked out the same day and within weeks my normal activities resumed. I am delighted with the outcome, my only regret is not finding Mr Bianchi sooner! I can not thank Mr Bianchi and his amazing colleagues enough and would highly recommend Mr Bianchi and The Private Clinic

Bunion correction surgery
I had bilateral bunion correction surgery at the Private Clinic and I cannot praise Dr Bianchi and his team highly enough. The results are amazing and the team supported me every step of the way. They were very easy to get hold of and always at the end of the phone to address any concerns or questions both pre and post operatively.
I saw Dr Bianchi for my two follow up appointments and he was kind, caring and clearly takes great pride in his work.

Reconstruction Ear Lobes
The whole experience from Clinic appointments to surgery was very Professional! Mark LLOYD was the Plastic/Ear reconstruction surgeon and could highly recommend! The right ear was perfect and slight nodule on left ear which is reducing with massage! Was offered opportunity to have it revised after 9 months, if required. Stress free experience
All the staff were very friendly and professional and put me at ease from the start. On the surgery day everything was explained and the actual procedure was achieved very speedily. I walked out on my reshaped foot a few hours later. The most stressful thing was driving in and out of London!

Vaser liposuction and chest reduction
I recently had Vaser liposuction and chest reduction. This is my second time at the private clinic. My coordinator Lucy Bennett was so helpful and understanding and made the process so much more comfortable all the staff in the clinic and the surgery were so kind and made me feel at ease. The experience leading up to the consultation and the surgery is first class if you are considering any type of cosmetic surgery then I cannot recommend a better place than the private clinic. My surgeon was Mr Taranto each time I visited the clinic and the day of my two surgical procedures. Mr Taranto fully explained everything what was going to happen and honestly he made me feel so at ease Mr Taranto is a professional not just his surgical procedures but as a person I would like to personally think him for everything he has done and the support he has given me along with my coordinator Lucy Bennett first class service all round and highly recommended.

Great Service
I always have a very good experience when visiting The Private Clinic. The environment is clean and nice on the eye, with complimentary drinks and snacks. Marie Narsoomamode, the Nurse Practitioner, who i always see is on time, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. The service i receive is everything i would expect from a clinic.

Absolutely amazing experience so far
Absolutely amazing experience so far. Very professional and friendly from the get go. The staff at private clinic were welcoming. Wanda the manager was always there to help, support and set my mind at ease as it came close to surgery, Heather welcomed me with a smile and went the extra mile to provide comfort at each visit, Rachel and Gladys my 2 hero’s who kept me up beat when I was so low after surgery. They helped me with dressing changes, massages and just general chin wag to keep me up beat. The man himself prof Hindocha who performed my surgery and put my body back to normal was caring, professional and had impeccable bedside manner.
The staff at the hospital in London were welcoming. I’m so sorry to have forgotten their names as I was so nervous. The 2 nurses who answered the buzzer so promptly to attend to my needs providing me with pain relief, refreshments and helping me to the bathroom. Thank you all. Who knows I will be back for more in the near future. I will definitely recommend x
