Great way to familiarize yourself with the most common theories in operational management.

I’ve purchased Several online trainings from the productivity company. The videos are very clean and make the content easy to understand. The certificates you receive are Nice but they only indicate that you’re aware of the concept of for example Kaizen, scrum, A3 management etc. Don’t think that you van claim to Be An expert based on watching videos.
I’m currently ploughing through the lean six sigma green belt training, that’s really an advanced traject. After watching the videos and studying the theory you can enroll in the official lean six sigma green belt exam after which you need to do an assignment in order to obtain the official green belt certification. If the circumstances were different (not COVID) I would prefer a live course for the certification.

Yellow Belt training - Terrible avoid company

I took the yellow belt training course, it is not as described you do not get the genuine yellow belt certification its their own made up certificate, you do not cover everything you need to be yellow belt certified and the content is not as long as they state. I contacted the customer services for a refund no answer.... Avoid
