The Proper Tea Co is a small, independent tea merchants formed in 2013 and based in the East Sussex village of Pett near Hastings. We retail and wholesale over 80 fine and exciting loose teas. You will find us at various farmers' markets and special events in the South East of England as well as trading through our online store www.TheProperTeaCo.co.uk We also stock a range of innovative and design led teaware to enhance your brewing experience!

This item arrived swiftly

This item arrived swiftly, however to the wrong address.
It was ordered for a friend but was delivered to me.

Thank you for your review but the order was sent to the delivery address that you entered. The address label is printed automatically and not manually by us. I think you may have got your billing address and delivery address the wrong way round? Anyway, pleased that you are happy with your order. :)

Great tea and service

I just love their teas!
I normally buy at the Thursday market in Hastings but this time I bought online which was very straightforward. A little difficulty on the Royal Mail side was sorted with help from Peter from the PTCo and I got my tea in time for my trip to South East Asia where there's lots of tea, but I like the Earl Grey from the PTCo!
