Should have been better

Went for a family meal at the pytchley west haddon.
8 adults all ordered together, 6 meals no problem and as ordered.
I had to go to the bar to remind them that meal 7 was a surf & turf not just a steak and then for an extra £4.99 I got 6 small pieces of scampi? Unrealistic or unbelievable you decide.
Whilst at the bar I reminded them that meal 8 had not arrived at all this was a main meal Pate they apologised profusely and gave the person a free drink on the delivery of the meal, however the rest of us had finished and this ruined the ambiance of the evening.
