Got there and was load to choose from. Angela help us find the right radiator for us and was very helpful, and made choosing very easy.

I placed an order with TheRadiatorShop on 30 October, and by 1st December it still had not been delivered. This is completely unacceptable for a standard radiator order , not a customised.

There was no tracking information provided and no proactive communication from the company at any stage. I had to chase the order status every few days by calling or emailing, simply to find out what was happening. I was not told that the order had been misdirected , and even then only because I contacted them again to follow up.

Waiting over a month with no proactive updates is extremely frustrating and well below the standard any customer should expect.

Ordered my radiator on Saturday 9/11/24 and received it today 12/11/24. Very happy with it and fantastic service will be using this company again. 🙂💯

Personal touch.. lovely design radiator delivered on time, a small issue was resolved. Its great to see you can still talk to an actual person to resolve things. Radiator is up and running perfectly. Nice service.

Couldn't be more helpful, we got a custom modification to our rad as well as another one, delivered to Galway.
Slight issue with the custom rad when delivered but resolved as soon as they could, both the radiator shop and Carissa were great to deal with.

My radiator arrived very quickly, great service. I’m delighted with it as it’s an odd size and they had it in stock at a great price. Great to see that they are based in Ireland and they stock what is on the site. Thank you

Bough designer radiator (Burton). Plastic valve cover cap cracked within few weeks. Did not think too much of it, can’t be that complicated to change. I was wrong, contacted manufacturer, they said to contact seller. Since then neither of them bothered either to respond or resolve this simple issue. Would not buy again.

After the initial review, part was sent.

Purchased four radiators after speaking with Ian who couldn't have been more helpful. Purchasd online on the Friday of the New Year Bank Holiday weekend and they were delivered incredibly quickly the following Wednesday. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone needing rads!

Fantastic customer service and great products. Purchased 3 new Casina Vertical Double radiators as they had a very high BTU and very stylish looking also. Ian answered all my queries and confirmed delivery date. Delivery was excellent. I had my radiators 2 days after ordering them. Absolutely delighted with the products and service. I would definitely use again. Thank you
