Very concerning experience with Therapy Puente.
Communication was slow, confusing and often misleading. Simple scheduling issues turned into repeated administrative mistakes. Customer service felt disorganized and unprofessional.
They seem to have almost no real social media presence. Their Facebook page, which had negative reviews, was removed. The remaining positive reviews online look questionable. Their website is poorly built — in the “professionals” section they didn’t even replace the Lorem Ipsum placeholder text. That’s basic website editing.
They also claim to operate since 2021, but their domain appears to be less than a year old. That raises serious doubts about transparency.
Overall, too many red flags. I would strongly advise people to be cautious.
