Not an easy platform to use. The profile picture is required to be taken outdoors, which was not feasible for me in the middle of winter. When I tried to cancel, I couldn’t find a way to do it through the system. I reached out to customer support, but they were unhelpful and insisted the cancellation had to be done through the system.

I was charged again as I couldn’t figure out how to cancel, resulting in $260 total for a service I didn’t receive. The service is expensive, rigid, and unresponsive, and not the level of professionalism one would expect from a platform designed for therapists.

I paid nearly $300 for the year and even added a coupon. Six mths later, still no referrals. It took me several days to write my profile and get it all set up. I even contacted them for profile feedback, which was not helpful. Their 2yr guarantee is just a carrot to keep you stringing along. Since they don't track your referrals, you have to contact them to request the guarantee. Who has time for that?! I canceled my subscription. It's a big waste of time and business resources.
