Poor Quality Review & Not Current on Latest Policy of Government
Very Unprofessional and only listen to themselves alone. . Not only is their quality control weak, unacceptable and poor, the Partners knowledge of latest Tax policy of the government is suspect. i had to correct the self assessment that was initially done for me as they were about to file a tax liability that was 3 times higher than my assessable profit!. The "corrected version", still error filled was filed without my consent. All effort to correct them meet brick wall. They are quick to ask for more cash for any review demanded when the error in the first instance is committed by them. Do not use them for self assessment return as they don't seem to understand the difference between mortgage interest and other allowable expenses but will rather lump everything together as expense. While that may be condone years back, with the change in Tax as it affect Mortgage interest, all plea for this to be changed met a deaf ear in the partner who pride himself in knowing what he is doing. They may come cheap but cheap has a price.
