I am absolutely disappointed
I am absolutely livid about my recent experience at Thermae 2000, and I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed I am with the lack of transparency and customer service. I purchased a coupon through SocialDeal for a wellness day at Thermae 2000, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. However, what I got was anything but that.
Upon arrival, there was no indication whatsoever that there would be any additional charges associated with my reservation. Not in the reservation confirmation email, not on the reservation website, and not even at the entrance reception. Imagine my shock and frustration when I was suddenly informed during checkout that I needed to pay extra because it was apparently "swimwear day." If this was such a special occasion, why wasn't I informed beforehand? It feels like a deliberate attempt to deceive customers into spending more money. And to add insult to injury, the receptionist had the audacity to blame me for not reading the fine print, essentially insinuating that it was my fault for being "deceived." This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable..
