waste of time in any case , and avoid it at all cost. I bought a pc case and did not have time to set it up. Finally, set it up after a couple months , it was a defective sale .

Twenty minutes just trying to contact a rep. They don't answer their phones, I guess. I wouldn't advise anybody to buy things from this company.

Recycling Made in China
🇺🇸 I bought the Thermaltake AX700 tower as a brand new item via Amazon, a supposed high-end super tower. What I got delivered was scrap metal “Made in China”, with deep scratches several centimeters long in prominent places on the top, front, and sides, which someone had attempted to cover up in an amateurish way with solvent and black marker! The HDD mounts are made of fragile plastic and wobble back and forth in the cage, so the quality is disappointing here too! I replaced it via Amazon, and again received what was obviously a production reject or second-hand stuff, for which even the term “B-grade goods” is too generous! So I got another tower that was scratched on all sides, and again the paint had been damaged with solvent, apparently in a pathetic attempt to cover up the scratches. Since this is now the second time I've received this scrap, it's obviously a systematic issue!
The manufacturer's German representative advertises its “eRMA” service on its website, but the Thermaltake Germany GmbH employee signing as “RMA/Support Manager Europe” initially denied any responsibility. After lengthy discussions, he offered to process a warranty claim and send a return label, but then refused again in an increasingly arrogant tone. After my warning to take legal action in case, he relented, but not without pointing out that he was doing so “as a gesture of goodwill” and that the warranty provided by the warranty card and on their website would be purely voluntary. After two weeks, I politely inquired about the status of the matter and once again received the arrogant reply, literally: “Unfortunately, Uwe Martens is not the only customer whose wishes need to be fulfilled.” So I would have to continue waiting indefinitely. It's obvious that the manufacturer is selling undeclared B-grade items via Amazon and is neither willing nor able to deliver a flawless replacement! Stay away from this manufacturer!!
Unresponsive support
Unresponsive support. I Tried several times to contact them for a broken tempered glass panel on my case, but I never received any answer. This is totally unacceptable for such a company. I am really disappointed and upset by this situation.
Not Reliable Anymore For Warranty Coverage
no answer after multiple rma requests.
totally ignored being near 7 year warranty date
Thermaltake RMA EXPERIENCE. Bad. Really Bad!!
Think twice before you buy anything with a brand name THERMALTAKE unless you are absolutely sure you will never need any warranty work or RMA service.
Under warranty I spent $44 out of pocket for shipping a defective power supply only to have them pretend they are shipping a replacement. 15 days later the tracking number they provided only shows "Shipper created a shipping label, carrier does NOT have the package" message.
Oldest trick in the EBay Book of sellers.
I have called them 5 times, they initially blamed it on UPS for failing to scan it properly and assured me it was shipped. A week later admitted it was an oversight and it was going out "TODAY". That was three days ago and it is still not shipped. I offered to have it overnighted at MY EXPENSE, they said they are not set up to accept credit cards.
STILL WAITING.
NOTE: If anyone thinks I am exaggerating, before you think about buying anything from them, Google "Thermaltake RMA Sucks", and read... about the experiences of others.
Shocking customer service
Shocking service. Avoid this company. I bought an LCD panel for a Tower 300. Never worked. I contacted them and it is clear they know about the issue but wont help. Told me to take it up with Amazon then tried to say it was over 30 days since I bought it so I couldn't return it. Even though the reason for delay it took a while for me to gather my build parts. Wasted a lot of money.
Scamers
PSU died after 4month of using, send it to warranty, they send it back -> Not the same product (100€ cheaper) They say it's same grade (even if it's not), don't buy from this scamers.

Sold a 3 thousand dollar pre built that crashed and blue screens every time it’s turned on. Worthless trash company that will rip you off. Their software sucks and straight up doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY
Paid $1,500 for a Chair that never came
I ordered a chair for $1,500 and they never delivered it. It’s been over a month and all I get is the runaround. Now they’re refusing to give me a refund. Total scam company
No spare parts
They just don't sell spare parts for their products. Do you need to repair a Thermaltake product? Too bad, buy a new one.
Awful Quality Components
Purchased a ATX case, was awful quality and had to use pliers to take off the pcie guards as they were welded on too strong. Purchased a PSU which blew a cap and fried components after 3 years of use.
Bad company for a bad taste of their Thermaltake PSU Power Supply products that poses a safety risk of a fire!
I have recently purchased a Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 PSU Power Supply on Amazon.com back on November 2023. I ended up receiving this power supply model in my new home to found out that this Thermaltake Technologies company is manufacturing unsafe power supplies to the point it catches fire after first use or 2nd use. This company has been getting bad complaints from other BBB, Trustedpilot and other customer review customers making a complaint against this company for their bad business practices and behavior entirely. I totally agree as I was greeted by countless multiple Thermaltake customer service reps that where being very hostile and abusive towards me over the phone today. I will never purchase their crap stuff power supplies and other Thermaltake products since there company is a blatant scam with dishonest Thermaltake customer service reps that tend to be very much abusive and threatening towards me during phone interaction. I also waited yesterday over 10 hours to receive a call back from this company to no avail did I ever get any call back then today I had to call in to get greeted back some inappropriate Thermaltake customer service reps that did not address my concerns with my known Thermaltake power supply unit at all. Also, Amazon.com will be removing off their inventory all Thermaltake Power Supply wattage units due to risk of fire and other hazardous concerns by Thermaltake and this company will not be doing business with Amazon.com or its affiliates for business and manufacturer operation concerns period anymore!
Customer service Don't care one bit
Contacted customer services due to a broken I/o port in my pc and asked for a replacement part ,ignored the first time second time had to do all the chasing and after a fortnight don't have part in stock customer don't care service its to late once you have bought Buy a better
Poor product support.
Poor product support.
Bad RMA policies.
An AIO liquid cpu cooler i have made by them didn't even last a year and 3 months. wants me to ship it into them and pay for it.
Absolutely zero customer service
Absolutely zero customer service - they don't even respond to emails. So my case will forever be missing 1 foot. Do not buy from them if you expect any kind of after sales support as they will not respond to you.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THERMALTAKE
I orderd a pre-built system with a 4090 GPU, after 2 month of passing the GPU and computer back and forth, they told me nothing is wrong with my GPU, i called PNY and told them of my issue, and turned out the GPU was FAULTY!!! Thermal take does not respect their customers, and they should stick to what they're good at, customer service is not one of them. I received this PC from them December of 2022, they shipped me a bad computer, and returned it whilist doing nothing to improve my experience. After 5 times shipping things back and forth, nothing was fixed. I REGRET MY PURCHASE! now i am sending the GPU to PNY and it will take 6-8 weeks, if Thermal take took accountability and just replaced the GPU, this would not be an issue.
