Just like many other comments I see…

Just like many other comments I see here. Very similar experience, I was very unhappy with the device. It was not warming up to the temperature it says it does. And it's not cheap. Requested return 7 days after delivery (had to write an email, there was no return label or instructions on the site. No response.
I've sent it back on my expense and only then they replied saying they'll send a replacement - which I didn't ask for!! I wanted a refund!
To that they said that's not possible. ???
Of course they stopped replying after inquiring explanation.
Never again. Money down the drain.
