*SCAM COMPANY* Product never arrived. The tel helpline number of the automated email receipt was a 'not-in-use' number. The email address given does not reply. The website info suggests it's a branch of The Works Ltd UK, but it's not and on Companies House it is not listed anywhere. It was an expensive purchase - but these companies are more interested in your bank details than they are your money, so I will remain concerned.

I placed my order on the 5th of April 2026.
It stated that my order would be processed and delivered within 5 working days.
Let's just say that it's now the 24th of April and I still haven't received my order.

Do not use this company. They take your money do not answer your calls or emails and you will not receive your goods!

I will wait one month, nothing at all, really ScamerS scamers

Scammer,scammer scammer ordered scissors at cost of £219 there was no follow up email, after a week of waiting I emailed and recieved a reply saying that they were being dispatched that very afternoon and I would recieve an email once tgey were in transit, guess what.....no email ever arrived and no scissors ever arrived ,I looked into the company director and he sounds a complete waste of oxygen ......and going through my bank to recover funds

Same experience as everyone else here - we ordered £240 worth of goods almost two months ago, never received them and they stopped replying a month ago. We have now threatened legal action and will take them to small claims court if we don't receive a full refund. Avoid this "company" at all costs - they are scammers.

Absolutely disgusting company. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. Products ordered never received. No order confirmation, no communication until threatened with legal action. Kevin Dunstall is a terrible staff member too with broken promises. Just remember when treating people like this that karma always comes back around.

Scammers. The info email address doesn't work. Phone is just an answer phone. Total thieves. Must be stopped

Theses are a bunch of crooks. Had to cancel my debit card as they set up a one off buy for a recurring transaction and didn't send me the shampoo's I ordered.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered 6 bottles of shampoo and only 2 arrived. They did not respond to my phone calls or emails. I read reviews (after the purchase!) and saw this was a common customer experience. Fortunately I paid by credit card so got a refund for the missing items from the credit card company.

No sign of my order for over a month, asked for a refund and suddenly it was “shipped”. Still not received.

Stay away Kevin Dunstall is a thief and fraud paid up front for salon equipment and he took the money and run .
I’ve tried loads of ways to find him he just changes his number if you search him you will see he have been struck off being a director previous and been bankrupt multiple times . He still has the keys to our salon

NOT recieved items ! Reporting to the relevant body to have this company stopped from ripping people off ! Joke cost me almost £50 for some brushes that haven’t arrived tney were ordered with faster delivery 6 weeks ago.. emailed did get a reply stating she would check for me in the morning that was two weeks ago I have sent two further emails and they haven’t been responded to

Ordered items, paid and received confirmation of order, then ... nothing. No goods received, no answer to all attempts to contact via email and phone. Turns out Mr Kevin Dunstall of Enterprise61 and his 'The Salon Works' website are not to be trusted!

Purchased Ceris Rosemary Oil. It arrived in a dirty bottle, clearly open and used. Covered in dirty fingerprints. Emailed immediately to let them know and started to recieve very curt, one line email responses from someone named Kevin Dunstall. I supplied a picture of the product and was told a replacement was being sent. This was the last communication, as subsequent emails were ignored. The replacement never arrived, so a complete waste of money. Save time, walk away, don't buy.

Be aware ! I purchased a hair cliper and shaver from this company. I made a first contact with them on eBay and after that I decided to purchase it directly from their website. From the beginning everything seems to be fine until I started asking a questions where is my delivery. After that Kevin the person who contacted me stopped responding. I have tried their live chat which doesn't work. I don't believe this company is real. Don't make this mistake as I did.
