From the very outset of our online marketing campaign the team at The Search Marketing Shop have been wonderful. Outstanding Service
We have been dealing with TSMS for 6 months, they have saved us thousands on our previous PPC scheme whilst generating more work at the same time. After using several companies for PPC i was recommended TSMS by a friend who had used them for years. I was very sceptical at first as I had numerous bad experiences previously. Tom Bagshaw has given us excellent advice and is always at the end of the phone when needed. I wouldn't normally give 5 stars but couldn't not as the service has been superb. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs a PPC service.

Poor Service & Slow
We were looking for an SEO company and initially had an audit done for the site and this highlighted a number of errors. We proceeded with an on-site optimisation package. Payment is required prior to starting the campaign so we paid this and we were assured the work for month 1 will be carried out within the month. With a month passing, another payment was debited. That is 2 payments of £170 without any work carried out. It is only when we pointed this out that work was carried. They appear to carry out work in batches and it is not really a personal service.

Hello Prano, sorry you feel like this. We are upfront about what a client receives for our £149+vat per month service. We complete a full review of what exactly is needed to reach page one - this is a manually created report which is started as soon as the client signs up and takes a few weeks to complete, we then complete the on page implementation on the basis of this report.
In this particular case we had issues working with your Magento system so we emailed multiple times asking for information on editing particular areas of the site. The reply to this email came one week later over Christmas while our developer was on holiday. As soon as he returned he completed the work.
Unfortunately SEO is often reliant on the platform and it can often lead to delays, which appears that work is carried out in batches when it is really not the case. Clients sometimes do not see the time and work that goes into working out densities needed for text, tags, titles etc.
We will continue to learn from this and work hard to ensure all customers are fully satisfied in the future.
