Sent faulty items and won't reply
I was sent my order over 3 weeks ago and received some faulty items, they were covered in a sticky substance and some damage to them. I understand things happen so emailed as specified with photos, no reply, left it a few days and emailed again, still no reply. Sent messages on Facebook, got automatic replies, but still no reply. I have tried numerous times to contact them and let them make it right and they won't even acknowledge the messages. The phone number listed doesn't work, so that's not an option either. I've explained I have an autistic child who really wants these and is distressed as doesn't understand why they haven't. Still nothing, they've shown they don't care and won't even follow basic consumer rights. They've sent me faulty items and won't replace or refund me, awful company.
