The venue itself is such a unique and cool space, a world away from other wedding venues, which is exactly what we were looking for. Our day went so smoothly thanks to all of the incredible staff. You get friendly service from day one, putting you completely at ease. You get the impression that everyone there genuinely cares about making sure you have the best time. Huge shout out to Jacob and Mike in particular for making us feel so comfortable that we knew we were in safe hands and could enjoy the day without any worries. I would recommend hiring this venue for any and all of your upcoming events.

Shack as a venue is fantastic. A great space full of aesthetically pleasing features which we knew straight away would be the perfect place for our wedding. But what makes it truly awesome? The staff. Every single person we met with and who worked on the day were so lovely and helpful. Emily and Jacob completely got that we wanted, a chilled out party kind of atmosphere and they supported our planning through all the stages to help us make our dream day a reality. We're sure that without their help we definitely would have felt overwhelmed and unable to relax. Instead every meeting left us feeling excited about the plans and in safe hands knowing that they completely got what we wanted. Thank you to each member the staff for working so hard to ensure we had the day we dreamed of. The venue is amazing but the staff are what makes us rush recommend Shack to anyone planning an event.

We can’t thank everyone at Shack enough for all their hard work in making our wedding perfect! We had the most amazing day, and Emily was great with the initial booking and Jacob organised the day and was absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, and he was there the whole way through helping with every little thing. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming, and the venue looked amazing, we really couldn’t have had a better day it was so relaxed. We loved every minute. Thank you Jacob and the team for helping to make our day so perfect ❤️

Not good enough

We held my husbands 60th birthday gathering at The Shack Revolution in February.

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble - all correspondence through Molly was answered promptly, information was informative and accurate.

Jacob the venue manager was brilliant so helpful every step of the way. During the day Jacob assisted us in dressing the venue and has also mounted additional lighting for the dance floor - very likeable and amusing character.

The venue is absolutely fabulous, the table tennis, giant jenga and connect four was a big hit with everyone. All our guests loved the venue.

Jacob and his bar team on the night (Amy and Betty) - were absolutely fabulous.

We just hosted our 10 year school reunion at the new events venue at Shack Revolution. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jacob, the venue manager. He was supportive through every step of the process and gave us complete freedom with the venue.

Jacob was in constant contact with us, was flexible with our requests and went above and beyond to make the experience amazing. The bar staff working with Jacob were an asset, their service was first class and they even stepped in to help us organise the venue.

I would highly recommend the Shack for anyone looking for a modern venue, fantastic location, with huge flexibility and a wonderful team! Thank you everything and we wish you the best of luck for a successful venue!
