We bought a shed and a tool shed from The Shed Factory in Otford. I dealt with John on site, who was knowledgeable and nothing was a problem.
Installation was a couple of weeks after order.
Absolutely perfect service, quality sheds, polite install staff.
I would definitely use this company again, and would highly recommend.

The Shed Factory team are fantastic, I couldn't recommend them enough, from my initial inquiry to the construction of my Shed, the communication and level of expert service has been outstanding. The product is of the highest level and the guidance I received to tailor my design to my needs was perfect.

The Shed Factory were very easy to deal with. They built an exact replica of a playhouse/ shed in our garden that I was very attached to but which was rotten. I am so pleased with the end result. They kept me informed of each stage. I would have no hesitation to recommend them . The shed/ playhouse is beautiful.

The shed was good quality and installed well, the contact in customer services was extremely helpful and efficient throughout the process. The driver drove into one of my trees during the delivery and I’m still in contact to resolve that.

We look at quite a few places and we found the shed quality was far superior. They were extremely helpful and the approach genuine rather than ‘sales talk’.
The guys that came to put the shed up were polite and worked super efficiently to get shed in situ.

Fantastic customer service. Annabel was extremely patient and helpful in answering my many (many) questions and helping solve a few questions and concerns I had about size, placement and base. The installation guys did a great job as well. Shed is top quality, and we're really pleased with it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
