Your 2 pendants did take longer than the normal production time, for which I apologiesed and gave a 10% refund for the inconvenience. I did contact you to inform you of the delay as I had to close my studio for a couple of weeks as you are aware.
The pendants were sent on the 22nd May as promised via your chosen postage option Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Royal Mail normally deliver within 2 working days, however it took 3 working days, delivery dates are estimated by Royal Mail. I do obtain proof of posting, and I passed this onto you.
The pendants were sent to the Scotland address as requested by yourself. I would have happily sent them to your home address, or one to each address if you had wished.
Regarding the impressions in the silver, these are a direct copy from the best impression that you supplied. I do state on the website, and in the information sent out, that if there is little or no detail in the impressions you take, then this will be the same in the jewellery.
Although it is preferable to have strong detail in the fingerprint impressions, the fingerprints in the silver pendants are a direct and true copy from the fingerprint molds supplied by yourself, which you signed off on being happy for me to use.
I have scanned and emailed a copy of the details on the order form you sent with the impressions, as you requested both Mum and a date on both pendants, not separately.
The ball chains you requested were out of stock last week, I did email to say I would send these on if you did not like the belcher chain alternative. I have not heard back from you regarding this, but they are now in stock if you would like them.
