Amazing service!

They helped me refund my 1 year subscription within a week and I got my money back! Very good service and amazing website to download custom content for the sims!

Forgotten subscription

I emailed them about a forgotten subscription and a charge to my account. They responded very quickly and ensured me the sub was cancelled and the refund was on its way! Very pleasant experience.

No response following a concerned email

I emailed their subscription team October 30th to express concerns that they have been charging me every month since cancelling my subscription with them months ago. Despite an auto-response confirming receipt and a 2 working day turnaround time, I’ve had no response. Sent a further email to their generic email one week ago to this date, no response. A disappointing experience and I will never use their site again.

Subscription cancellations can be managed directly through your account settings at any time. If you’ve replied to one of our automated subscription reminder emails, those replies unfortunately aren’t received by our support team, which is why we may have missed your message.

kind & helpful customer service

there was a technical issue that prevented me from changing the email associated with my account. i wrote to support, and renata and virgil were very kind and helpful, even offering alternatives if i wasn't willing to wait for a fix. i was, so now my account email is changed and i can happily continue to download sims mods!

Had a great experience with needing help to verify an old account. I got a response under 24 hours and I messaged them at like 5am with a response when I woke up. Super friendly and helpful would recommend, thank you Renata!

5 Stars for Virgil

I have used this site for years and decided to switch over to VIP one year during a VIP sale and I will never go back.

After not playing sims for a bit I went to TSR to download some new CC and realized that the VIP was not registering. I reached out to CS and explained the situation and uploaded my photos as proof. Virgil replied back with not only finding the issue and fixing it, but extending my VIP due to the issue AND refunding a few dollars since I was over paying for a VIP. They went above and beyond and I appreciate that a lot.

I've played Sims since Sims 1 and found…

I've played Sims since Sims 1 and found this site when I started Sims 3 and yes the ads are a bit much but I have used the VIP for the past few years and absolutely love it! I think it's reasonably priced and I find it worth it to removed the ads and get multiple downloads and the basket and the cc manager. My oldest 2 kids use it too and it just helps manage everyone's stuff so I don't have to manage 3 different computers cc stuff.

I had a subscription that didnt show…

I had a subscription that didnt show up, i paid for it and i emailed to get a refund and end my subscription. Everyone was very friendly and i got the money back so very good customer support. The subscription is very useful but i just didnt play anymore. Much love ❤️

Great selection and support!

They have a tremendous selection of content for The Sims 4. Even better, their support is very responsive. I get a response in minutes! Even on weekends! I highly recommend TSR!

Quick response & helpful

Although i was charged incorrectly for a subscription, I emailed and explained what happened and Renata replied quickly, she was really helpful and looked into it quickly, problem resolved in just a day or so with a refund sorted. I have used TSR over the years quite a lot and never had a problem before.

forgot to cancel free trial

I subbed to TSR for a free 7-day trial but forgot to cancel it and was subsequently charged for a 12-month plan. Quickly emailed them the same day if they could still refund it because I did not use the paid plan, and they did!
