Body changing
What can I say. Amazing. Not only do you eat well for 75 days you lose weight and feel better than you ever have. I couldn’t recommend this enough. If you are thinking about joining, do it. You will not regret it.

The six pack revolution has changed my life !
I joined in September, overweight and very unfit. The program was easy to follow and the food was easy to prepare and having 6 meals a day I was never hungry. I enjoyed seeing my weekly progress of getting stronger and fitter and that kept me going. By day 75 I could easily run 5k, dropped 37 pounds and felt fantastic! I have already signed up for the January wave and would def recommend this to anyone who would like to loose weight and get fitter.

It was great with the meal plan. The support Scott and the team aswell as my fellow team i suffered a bit due to injury but was supported with alternate exercises and plenty of encouragement

Worthwhile experience
Overall, SPR taught me disciplined eating and that regular exercise is doable. My physical and mental health really benefited and I toned up and achieved a shape I wanted.

This was my third experience of the Six Pack Revolution Signature Programme - and I'm absolutely thrilled with my progress over the course of this last year. There is no way on earth I would have achieved such a huge weight loss, and improved my stamina etc. by myself. The structured programme really worked for me - and the advantage of having coaches with you throughout each step was invaluable. Huge and very sincere thanks to Scott and his team.

Six Pack Revolution Absolutely brilliant programme which…
Absolutely brilliant programme which delivered great results. After 75 days I felt so much better both mentally and physically. I now chose healthier options and my body no longer craves sugary snacks. I have finished my first wave and am continuing with the routine while I wait for the second wave to start. The recipes are delicious and varied. The coaches and team are there for you all the way. 5 stars from me

Amazing Programme
I have recently completed the September Signature Wave of SPR and what an amazing programme this is. The recipes, fitness programme, coaching and support is superb and very helpful. Having regular zoom meetings with the founder of SPR, where you get the chance to ask him for advice is so helpful and a really nice personal touch.
If anyone is thinking about giving the SPR a go, I would say “do it” you will not be disappointed.

What a transformation
What a transformation. This plan honestly changed my life. It has reversed my high blood pressure, cholesterol and taken me from a diabetic to a pre diabetic! Yes, it’s tough but it’s enjoyable at the same time especially when you see the results start to come in.

Wow wow wow!!
Wow wow wow!!! What can I say, this experience is simply amazing and life changing, I completed my first wave in 2020 whilst in chronic pain and did another one in 2022 after I had my full hip replacement. Both waves were brilliant and I had great results. I’ve now just completed Sept wave and it was so different this time as I now have full mobility😁 the support from the coaches and team is incredible and SPR is now a lifestyle. Highly highly reccommended xxxx

It's just a really great program
It's just a really great program. This is the second time I've done it. It's hard, but you get results. It's very personal - you can contact Scott or the other coaches anytime. There are numerous Zoom sessions throughout the program where you can ask questions and check in with Scott about your progress or worries. Very well balanced food and exercise and easy to maintain after the program finishes. Lots of tips on how to do that effectively. Scott is the real deal - he's genuinely interested in helping you succeed mentally, emotionally and physically.
